On 18 June 2020, Arcus Air Group signed an agreement to sell its fright division Arcus Air Logistics GmbH and Arcus Air OBC GmbH to Chapman Freeborn Group, a global aircraft charter specialist and member of the Avia Solutions Group (ASG), in order to secure the long-term continued existence of this division and to further strategically concentrate its business on executive aviation.

Arcus Air Logistics is a well-respected and established supplier for ad-hoc air cargo charter and on board courier services primarily to the automotive industry, with a brand history of over 45 years. The company’s representative offices in Germany, Spain and Slovakia will unchanged trade under its current name.
