Andrea Ziegler has extensive experience in advising on cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings. She regularly advises large companies and financial investors on company acquisitions, company sales (both also in the context of auction proceedings), joint ventures and restructurings.

Andrea Ziegler studied law at the University of Hamburg and Georg-August-University Göttingen as well as the Institut de Droit Compare, Paris. Before joining avocado rechtsanwälte, Andrea Ziegler was a partner in a reputable worldwide active international law firm.
