(Georgetown) and Dr. Dennis Geissler deal with the judgement of the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf (9 U 179/16, BeckRS 2018, 31126) as of 12.03.2018, in which the court sentences a law firm to pay damages in the amount of EUR 13.5 million for incorrect legal advice in connection with the Cum-Ex scandal.
