About Bianca Grewe

Bianca studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn. During her legal studies she worked in law firms in New York and Sydney. In 2005 Bianca has been admissioned to the bar.

After her second legal state examination Bianca worked for three years in the environmental and public commercial law department of a large international law firm in Cologne before she joined the Cologne office of avocado rechtsanwälte in 2008.

Her practice includes the provision of legal advice to waste management enterprises as well as enterprises from the manufacturing industry on all issues of German and European environmental law, in particular waste management and industrial facilities law. In this context her activity furthermore focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice in the field of criminal law and administrative offences law with respect to environmental regulation. In addition Bianca advises waste management enterprises as well as enterprises from the manufacturing industry on all compliance-relevant issues, in particular on the implementation of effective compliance management systems as well as on the performance of comprehensive risk analyses. Finally, Bianca has significant expertise with advice of foreign enterprises (namely from the U.S., France and Benelux countries).
