About Claudia Dorfmüller

Claudia studied Law at the University of Cologne. Before joining the Cologne office of avocado rechtsanwälte in 2000, she had already worked for several years as a legal adviser at the Duales System Germany AG in the department for Personnel, Law and International Cooperation.

Her practice includes the provision of legal advices to enterprises on all issues of general business and commercial law. One focus of her work lies in the drafting and review of national and international business supply and purchase terms as well as international supply contracts. Claudia supports medium-sized enterprises as well as corporate groups with respect to their contract management. In addition, she advises her clients on copyright, competition and trademark law problems, in particular concerning the finding and protection of product and firm names, and relating to the assessment of advertising campaigns as well as comparable measures.
