Sebastian specialises in corporate law, M&A and venture capital. He advises national and international companies on traditional and cross-border transactions, group-internal reorganisations, strategic alliances, joint ventures and all ongoing corporate law matters. Moreover, Sebastian advises start-up companies on the establishment of companies in Germany and on financing rounds.
Sebastian studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. He spent his legal clerkship among others at avocado rechtsanwälte and the German Embassy in Budapest (Hungary). He completed his doctorate on the topic of ‘Blockchain payment tokens in the light of data protection law’ under Prof Dr Sebastian Omlor at the Philipps University of Marburg.
As part of his studies, Sebastian spent a client secondment with Heraeus Holding GmbH, as well in the company’s subsidiary in Timisoara (Romania), and two semester abroad at an international law firm in Warsaw (Poland).
