About Justus Heldt
Justus studied Law at the University of Hamburg and has been practising as a Rechtsanwalt since 1997. Before joining avocado rechtsanwälte he already worked for several years in renowned law firms in Hamburg and Düsseldorf.

His main area of practice includes the provision of legal advice to and the representation of German and international enterprises (mainly from English and French speaking countries) with respect to all questions of corporate and insolvency law, in particular relating to the establishment and financing of businesses, reorganisations and the acquisition and sale of companies and shares of companies during and outside the state of insolvency. In addition, he provides legal advice with respect to structuring of distribution contracts and systems.
He is distinguished through publications and seminars on issues of his areas of expertise.
