About Petra Dechant
Petra studied law at the University of Augsburg and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich; she also completed her legal clerkship in Munich. Petra was admitted to the bar in 2011.
Before joining avocado rechtsanwälte in 2024, Petra worked for thirteen years in one of the leading national German commercial law firms.
Petra has extensive expertise in real estate law. She advises her clients in particular on tenancy and real estate law, asset and property management and real estate transactions.
