Pey-Fen Fuh studied law at the University of Kiel and completed her legal traineeship at the Regional Court Frankfurt am Main. She was awarded the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) Award for Outstanding International Students. During her legal studies, she was also a lecturer for Chinese in the Department of Chinese Studies at the University of Kiel. Prior to her above accomplishments, Pey-Fen Fuh received a law degree at the National Taiwan University and completed an LL.M. degree at University Marburg.
Since 2009 after the German State bar examinations Pey-Fen Fuh has been admitted to the bar as a German qualified lawyer. Prior to joining the Frankfurt office of avocado rechtsanwälte, she practised in the Frankfurt office of a large German commercial law firm in the area of corporate law.
Pey-Fen Fuh's areas of legal expertise include corporate and commercial law, Mergers & Acquisitions, joint-ventures, domestic and international contract law, the law on general terms and conditions, pharmaceutical law, as well as providing legal advice to Asian - primarily Chinese and Taiwanese - clients in Germany.
