About Stephan Kleber
Stephan studied law at the Universities of Tübingen and Heidelberg. After starting his career as an in-house counselfor a large German real estate company, he took over the management of the Munich branch of Vivico Real Estate where he was responsible for the development of numerous conversion projects for former railway sites in the Munich city area.
Since 2012, he has been working as a lawyer specialising in construction planning and building regulations law. He advises property owners and municipalities in urban land-use planning and approval procedures and in the conclusion of urban development contracts in all related legal matters. He also specialises in property law and heritable building rights.
