Thomas studied law in Munich, Mainz, Barcelona and Madrid as well as philosophy in Munich.
He has been admitted to the bar since 1993. Back in 2005, he was a founding member of a renowned national law firm focused on real estate law, which was merged in 2015 to become one of the leading medium-sized commercial law firms.
His clients primarily include project developers, property developers, family offices, real estate companies, institutional investors, housing associations, industrial companies and real estate financiers.
Rather assemble than disassemble.
Thomas is also a lecturer for private construction law and architectural law (architecture study course) and for fundamentals of law (civil engineering study course) at the School of Design & Engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
The focus of Thomas' work is on project support, legal project management of construction and industrial projects, private construction law, project development and project management, the law of architects and engineers, in the area of plant construction and the development and implementation of industrial projects and, most recently, in project and real estate financing.
Thomas joined avocado rechtsanwälte as a partner in 2024.
